This Supplier Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between Stuffort (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and Suppliers / Sellers (“You”, “Vendor”, “Seller”) who list, sell, and deliver Milk & Grocery products through the Stuffort application.
By registering as a Seller on Stuffort, you agree to the terms and obligations of this Policy.
To sell on Stuffort, a Seller must:
Have a valid business registration (GST number if applicable).
Provide valid identity and address proof.
Be able to supply products legally allowed for sale in India.
Agree to Stuffort’s pricing, delivery, and quality standards.
Sellers must ensure:
Fresh and hygienic products (especially dairy, vegetables & perishables).
Correct weight/quantity as displayed on app.
Proper packaging to avoid damage, leakage, or contamination.
No expired, damaged, counterfeit, or unsafe products.
Routine quality audits may be conducted by Stuffort.
Repeated complaints or quality failures may result in suspension/termination.
Base selling price is decided by the Seller.
Platform service / commission charges will apply.
Stuffort reserves the right to run offers or promotional discounts, only after approval from Seller.
The Seller must notify the platform before any change in prices.
Sellers must update real-time inventory accurately.
Out-of-stock products must be updated immediately.
Orders must be packed and ready for pickup within allotted time (generally 15–30 minutes unless mutually agreed).
Perishable orders (milk, curd, vegetables, fruits) must be packed properly to maintain product temperature and freshness.
Delay in order preparation may attract penalties or lower ranking on the platform.
Customers may request return/replacement for reasons like:
Spoiled / expired items
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or leaking packaging
Missing quantity
In such cases:
Seller must accept return and replace the item OR provide refund credit.
Return pickup cost will be handled based on fault:
Seller fault → Seller bears the cost.
Customer mistake → No seller penalty.
Stuffort’s decision regarding refunds/returns will be final.
Customer feedback will impact Seller rating and ranking.
Seller must respond to complaints within 24 hours.
Multiple unresolved issues may lead to suspension from the platform.
Seller earnings = Product price – Platform commission – Deductions (if any).
Payments to Seller will be settled on a weekly or bi-weekly cycle, depending on location.
Settlement statements will be available inside Seller Dashboard.
Seller must:
Not deal in illegal or restricted goods.
Not attempt to divert platform customers offline.
Not manipulate ratings or pricing.
Maintain professional behavior with Stuffort staff and delivery partners.
Violation will result in strict actions including termination.
Seller must not misuse customer data such as phone number, address, or order history.
All customer information is confidential and can only be used for order fulfillment.
Unauthorized use of customer data will lead to legal action.
Stuffort reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a Seller based on:
Quality concerns
Regulatory violations
Misuse of platform
Fraudulent or unethical practices
Repeated customer complaints
Pending settlements (after deductions) will be released after termination.
In case of disputes:
First preference: Resolution through mutual discussion
If unresolved: Arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Jurisdiction: Courts of [City / State of Head Office]
By registering as a Seller on Stuffort, you confirm that:
